What & Where: The class will be held in the large upstairs kitchen at Grace Episcopal Church, 2955 River Road West Goochland, VA 23063

When: Sunday, August 14, 2022, from 1pm until 5pm

Price: $35 per person

We'll be using the NEW 37th edition of the Ball Blue Book as our guide and using their specific recipes. Canning is equal parts science and art. Preparation is key for your safe canning experience. If you're new to the whole canning thing, we'll get you started. We'll have all the equipment needed there in the kitchen. You'll learn what equipment you'll need at home and where to purchase it. You'll go home with printed recipes for all your tomato dreams like salsa and ketchup and take home your very own jar of canned tomatoes.
